Dr. Kevin Skinner graduated from The Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1999 with Honors. Dr. Skinner is has lived in Virginia for his entire life, being born in Manassas, graduating from Osbourn Park High School in 1991 and graduating from Virginia Tech in 1995. Dr. Skinner is a member of the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Implant Society and the Potomac Implant Society.

Dr. Skinner spends his free time with his wife, Alyson and three daughters, Olivia, Ava and Layla.
William Ossakow, D.D.S.
Dr. William Ossakow graduated from The Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 2000. Dr. Ossakow has lived in Virginia for his entire life, being born in Springfield, graduating from West Springfield High School in 1990 and graduating from Virginia Tech in 1994, with Honors. Dr. Ossakow is a member of the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Implant Society and the Potomac Implant Society.
Dr. Ossakow has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the best that dentistry has to offer. He is continually educating himself on the newest dental techniques and approaches, in order to offer you state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care.
Dr. Hopkins has been in practice in 1973. He graduated from Medical College of Virginia in 1973 and joined our practice in August 2007 and we are very excited to have him. Dr. Hopkins is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Potomac Dentistry Study Club. Dr. Hopkins continues to educate himself on the newest dental techniques. He is certified in Invisalign and practices general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Hopkins was voted among America’s top 100 dentists in US of consumers research Council of American in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
Dr. Hopkins has been married to his lovely wife, Gale, since 1969 and has two grown sons, Clayton and Jason. He also has one little grandson, Hunter, whom he adores very much. In his spare time, Dr. Hopkins likes outdoor spoors including hunting, golf, and shooting sports.
We would like to introduce you to Dr. Raymond Obertone Jr. Dr. Obertone will be a great asset to our practice and we are excited about gaining his knowledge and expertise here in our Leesburg office.
Dr. Obertone, a native of Northern Virginia, completed his undergraduate studies at Emory and Henry College and received his dental degree from MCV/VCU in 1971. Over the last forty years he has worked in the US public health system and in a private practice in Burke, VA.
Dr. Obertone continues to educate himself in the newest dental techniques and has advanced experience in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He is also a lifetime member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society, The Virginia Dental Society and American Dental Society.
Dr. Obertone has been married to his wife Susan for 43 years, has two sons and two granddaughters. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking and trying to make fine furniture.
