They are a part of a Centreville tradition of dental comfort and care. Drs. Ossakow and Skinner are both graduates of the Medical College of Virginia. They have dedicated their professional careers to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. In addition, the doctors are members of the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Implant Society and the Potomac Implant Society. Dr. Skinner is a member of the Delta Sigma Dental Fraternity. Dr. Ossakow is a member of the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity.

Kevin Skinner, D.D.S. Dr. Kevin Skinner graduated from The Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1999 with Honors. Dr. Skinner has lived in Virginia for his entire life, being born in Manassas, graduating from Osbourn Park High School in 1991 and graduating from Virginia Tech in 1995. Dr. Skinner is a member of the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Implant Society and the Potomac Implant Society. Dr. Skinner has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the best that dentistry has to offer. He is continually educating himself on the newest dental techniques and approaches, in order to offer you state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care. Dr. Skinner spends his free time with his wife, Alyson and three daughters, Olivia, Ava and Layla. |

William Ossakow, D.D.S. Dr. William Ossakow graduated from The Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 2000. Dr. Ossakow has lived in Virginia for his entire life, being born in Springfield, graduating from West Springfield High School in 1990 and graduating from Virginia Tech in 1994, with Honors. Dr. Ossakow is a member of the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Implant Society and the Potomac Implant Society. Dr. Ossakow has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the best that dentistry has to offer. He is continually educating himself on the newest dental techniques and approaches, in order to offer you state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care. Dr. Ossakow spends his free time with his wife, Jessica and their dog, Ace. Dr. Ossakow is also an avid Redskins and Virginia Tech fan and tries to go to as many games as possible. |

James Hopkins, D.D.S. Dr. Hopkins has been in practice since 1973. He graduated from Medical College of Virginia in 1973 and joined our practice in August 2007 and we are very excited to have him. Dr. Hopkins is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Potomac Dentistry Study Club. Dr. Hopkins continues to educate himself on the newest dental techniques. He is certified in Invisalign and practices general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Hopkins was voted among America's top 100 dentists in US of consumers research Council of American in 2005, 2006, and 2007. Dr. Hopkins has been married to his lovely wife, Gale, since 1969 and has two grown sons, Clayton and Jason. He also has two little grandchilden, Hunter and Faith, whom he adores very much.. In his spare time, Dr. Hopkins likes outdoor spoors including hunting, golf, and shooting sports. |

Dr. Sheri Salartash Dr. Sheri Salartash graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry also graduating Magna Cum Laude. In addition to her hands on experience at four dental practices prior to joining Dr.Skinner & Ossakow. Dr. Salartash brings a rich background of research at the Philips Institute of Oral and Craniofacial Molecular Biology at the Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry. She has published and also taught at Virginia Commonwealth University Monroe Park Campus, Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Salartash is passionate about providing the highest quality comprehensive dentistry in a caring and compassionate manner. Her awards include:
Dr. Salartash is certified in Invisalign and the Straight Wire Orthodontics. She is an active a member of the Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, Cosmetic Dentistry Club, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and the American Dental Education Association. She is a board member of Washington Dental Society. She also received honor recognitions from Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies. She volunteered at Northern Virginia Dental Clinic and Mission of Mercy to provide dental care for low income families. Dr. Salartash is fluent in both English and Farsi. She is also an artist; she likes sketching and creating oil color paintings. She enjoys spending time with her family in Alexandria. |
