This is an excellent opportunity to start living a healthy lifestyle. You receive optimal oral health care and get enormous savings! Payment must be made in full prior to the first cleaning appointment.
Both cleanings must be used within the 1 year or the offer will become void, the second cleaning benefits will then be lost. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in cancellation fees as well. Offer can not be be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
